This washable and reusable face mask covering is made from three layers of soft organic cotton jersey. The fabric used in this mask is upcycled from surplus fabric. This mask fits age 3 years up to 10 years approximately.

How to use:
• Always clean hands before touching the mask and after removing the mask.
• Hold mask by the loops and avoid touching the mask.
• Place the loops over ears to hold in place.
• Elasticated loops may need to be adjusted to fit the user. We suggested tie an overhand knot or manually stitch the elastic to shorten.
• Ensure the mask covers nose and mouth.
• Wash mask after every day.
Machine washable up to 60 degrees.
This mask should not be worn by a child under the age of 3 years or any person with breathing difficulties. Children wearing face masks should always be supervised.
This product is not a medical device or personal protective equipment (PPE) and is not a substitute for following the relevant social-distancing guidelines, which include practicing good personal hygiene, such as frequently washing your hands and not touching your face. Piccalilly make no claims about the medical benefits of using this product.

We reserve the right to cancel an order should the carriage charges be excessive based on the size or weight of the parcel. Should this be the case, we will contact you in the first instance.
We aim to dispatch your order within two working days after cleared payment (Monday to Friday 9.30-5.00). In the event there is a delay we will let you know by email.
We will normally send parcels using Royal Mail, however with larger or heavy items we may use a courier.

When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use Opayo which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. Opayo are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
All transaction information passed between our website and the Opayo Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from Opayo are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to Opayo can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once on the Opayo system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Opayo has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or Opayo are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange. Please note that items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn/not used and with the labels attached.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the item if you wish to arrange a return or exchange. We cannot exchange/refund goods purchased over 30 days before or which have been used, washed or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- You will need to include your receipt with the returned item(s). With the exception of faulty goods, return postage, packing and direct costs cannot be refunded. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 21 days.
- We are unable to refund any shipping charges and would recommend using an insured method of delivery as Popsy & Peanut will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
- If returning goods from outside the UK please mark your parcel as 'RETURNS' on the customs paperwork, as we are not liable for any import duties incurred on your returns.
