How do I collect Loyalty Points?
The Popsy & Peanut Loyalty Reward Scheme is applicable to all purchases, including sale items. You will receive 4 points for every £1 spent and when you reach 500 points you will receive a £5.00 voucher to redeem either in store or online.
To ensure that loyalty points are added to your account you will need to log into your account using your email address and password each time you place an order.
From time to time we may run promotions on the loyalty reward scheme. To keep up date with any special offers follow us on Facebook and/or Instagram.
How long will it take for my order to be despatched?
We always aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Please allow extra time for delivery services due to the current situation.
We have tried to keep to postage costs to the minimum and will therefore select the quickest, yet most economical, method of postage according to the size of the parcel. This method will either be Royal Mail or courier.
What if there's a problem with my order?

Can my items be gift wrapped?
Your items will be packaged by our shop staff with the utmost care. As part of our standard packaging we gift-wrap items in tissue free of charge, which we know can be handy if you are buying as a gift. You may also select additional gift wrapping services.
If you have selected one of our gift wrapping services please add your message and we will handwrite on a gift tag for you.
How can I find out about special promotions/sales?
You can sign up to our newsletter by submitting your details on the website. We definitely won't bombard you with emails – we will just occasionally let you know about our offers and new products.
