Delivery

Delivery to the UK only.

The following charges apply:

ORDERS OVER £50	FREE
Standard parcel	£4.50

Cick & Collect service: shop on-line and collect at your convenience during shop hours. We will contact you to let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Please contact us for a price for Express Delivery services.

We usually aim to despatch your order within two working days after cleared payment (Monday to Friday 9.30-4.30). If orderning over a bank holiday period, please allow an extra 2-3 days. In the event there is a further delay we will let you know by email.
We will normally send parcels using Royal Mail, however with larger or heavy items we may use a courier.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we cannot be held liable for goods not being delivered in these circumstances.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. Should an item you have ordered be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order.

Pricing and VAT

All prices are shown in GBP Sterling and are subject to change. Prices are inclusive of VAT (however most of our items are children’s clothing and therefore currently zero VAT-rated).
